User Interviews.

We organised some interview sections, and usability tests with 15 users of the app. In the interview part we asked the users about specific functionalities of the app, if they understood it and what they would improve. Then we presented two prototypes with new features in the app. And we asked which prototype they understood better and why.

User Lab

I have set up a usability lab, with simple tools, I used:
- A phone with prototypes.
- Software for record the phone screen and the face of the user.
- 2 video cameras to record the session.
- A mac to moderate de session.
- 1 form to welcome the user.
